Commercial

Airliners

When an airline or operator needs aircraft, the question is usually bigger than simply what is available.

The aircraft has to fit the fleet, the route structure, the delivery window, the operating economics, and often the financing or leasing strategy behind the transaction.

Reservoir Aviation Group works with airlines, operators, corporations, institutional organizations, and other aviation stakeholders to source and structure commercial aircraft opportunities around the actual requirement.

WHAT WE LOOK AT

A widebody needed for long-haul international service is evaluated very differently from a narrowbody being added to an existing regional fleet.

The right aircraft has to fit more than the route.

It also has to make sense in terms of fleet commonality, maintenance, economics, timing, and the operator’s broader growth strategy.

HOW WE WORK

Some clients come to us looking for a specific aircraft, while others come to us with an aircraft they are ready to sell. In either case, we start by understanding the objective, the aircraft, the timing, and the structure that makes sense for the transaction.

For acquisitions, that may mean sourcing aircraft, evaluating available opportunities, and coordinating purchase, financing, or leasing options. For sellers, it means positioning the aircraft appropriately, identifying qualified buyers or operators, and managing the transaction through negotiations and closing.

Reservoir Aviation Group can support the process from initial market outreach and commercial negotiations through due diligence, financing or leasing coordination, closing, and delivery.
